Tungsten and Molybdenum have the advantages of high melting point, excellent performance at elevated temperature, low electrical resistivity, lower thermal expansion, low work function of electron emission and low vapor pressure and etc which make tungsten and molybdenum materials be used widely in high temperature field.
When added 1.0% to 2.0% percent of lanthanum oxide (La2O3) by weight, its creep resistance and the recrystallization temperature will be greatly improved. The WL alloy is also easier to machine.
Tungsten tube is widely used as the hot zone, heater and container of the high temperature process. You can see it in the sapphire growing, continuous glass melting and heat treatment furnaces.
Tungsten platform is the bottom of the container by threaded connection with the tube.
The WL Tungsten core alloy rod is the holder, ensuring there is no offset during the glass melting.
