Application Field
Plasma Spraying
Field Introduction
Plasma spraying is a material strengthening and surface modification technology, which conveys properties on the substrate surface including wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, electrical insulation, heat insulation, radiation protection, wear reduction and sealing.
Plasma spray nozzle
Provides customers with plasma sprayed copper-inlaid tungsten electrodes (also known as cathodes and anodes), which are widely used in plasma torches. Our plasma spraying electrodes and nozzles are made of high-quality tungsten materials, and are densified for fast arc start, stable voltage and slow drop speed.

Tungsten powder for plasma spraying
Provides customers with tungsten powder ranging from 180 mesh to 325 mesh; can be screened based on customer requirements to meet powder loading rate and fluidity requirements.

Advantages
■ Sophisticated product process control.
■ Diversified means of quality inspection and measurement.
■ More than 60 years experience in the manufacturing of refractory metals.
