Material Introduction
Molybdenum Zirconium Alloy
Material Introduction
The main component of molybdenum zirconium alloys is Mo-(1.5-2.0)%ZrO2. Since fine and dispersed ZrO2 particles are doped to strengthen the molybdenum molecular structure, its crystal grains are fine, and both creep resistance and corrosion resistance are significantly improved.

Fabrication Process
By means of molybdenum alloy powder preparation, isostatic pressing, high-temperature sintering, and thermal deformation processing, molybdenum-zirconium alloys can achieve a density close to the theoretical density, thus providing improved high-temperature performance.

Advantage
Doping pure molybdenum with a small amount of zirconium oxide (ZrO2) greatly enhances corrosion resistance and creep resistance.
