Product Introduction

The tungsten cathode is a tungsten bar created by a process of pressing, sintering, and hammering; it is primarily used in rare earth electrolysis and is suitable for the electrolysis of most light rare earth metals.


Product Application

Rare earth electrolysis is a process of electrolytic reduction of rare earth oxides into rare earth metals, in which the electrolytic reaction process takes place at over 1000°C and a tungsten bar is used as an electrolytic cathode.

Product Specifications

Conventional products are 85, 90, and 120 mm in diameter, and all specifications and sizes of products can be designed and fabricated according to customer requirements.
