Product Introduction

Tungsten has a melting point as high as 3,420ºC, and features good strength and hardness, excellent high temperature performance, low resistivity, small expansion coefficient, and small electronic work function. It is a widely-used, high-temperature resistant metal.

After the alloy elements have been added, the high-temperature shock resistance and anti-sag performance of the tungsten rod will be greatly improved, significantly improving the service life of the tungsten wire mesh heater accordingly.


Product Application

Sapphire has a crystal growth temperature above 2,200°C. Because the crystal growth process requires high temperature stability and a thermal field environment, tungsten and molybdenum materials with high melting point, stable performance at high temperature and less pollution are widely used in sapphire crystal growth furnaces.

The birdcage heating element made of tungsten and molybdenum meets the environmental requirements of sapphire crystal growth furnaces for temperature stability and thermal fields.
