Product Introduction

Rhenium has a high melting point, high density, high resistivity, strong chemical corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength. It becomes ductile after crystallization, and maintains high resistivity throughout a wide temperature range, thus making rhenium heating wire an ideal thermal resistance material.

We have conducted in-depth research on pure rhenium materials in terms of rhenium powder purification technology, powder reduction technology, sintering technology, cold deformation processing technology, heat treatment technology, and surface roughening technology, and thus determined a series of optimal process parameters such as the best powder particle size, sintered density and rolling deformation. The purity of rhenium sheet products can reach more than 99.99%, while the density can reach 21.02g/cm3, 99.9% of the theoretical density; their thickness can be as thin as 0.1mm. Our proprietary new-technology rhenium heating wire exhibits outstanding high-temperature anti-sagging and creep resistance, while the service life of the prepared pure rhenium heating wire has been increased by nearly 100%.
