Product Introduction
Niobium and niobium alloy targets are mainly used in surface engineering materials for the shipbuilding, chemical, liquid crystal display (LCD) and coating industries, where heat resistance, corrosion resistance and high conductivity are required. It also has applications in the thin-film solar industry, low-e glass industry, flat panel display industry, optical coating industry, and the tools and decorative coating industry.

Available specifications: The maximum width of the flat target can reach 2,100mm, while the maximum length of the long tube target can reach 2,800mm; average grain size is ≤30μm.
