Dispersed Copper
Product Introduction
Alumina dispersed copper, also known as alumina copper (Cu-Al2O3), has a thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient close to that of copper, but its high-temperature strength performance is better than pure copper, while its electrical conductivity can be as high as 85% IACS. It features high strength, high hardness, high conductivity and high softening temperature.
